Tony Overfelt

“I retired from Auburn University on July 1, 2019 and am excited to begin working alongside my wife of 40 years.  While at AU I’ve specialized in developing and leading public/private technology partnerships involving numerous small and large companies, government agencies and universities.  Over the years, government funding for these partnerships has exceeded $33M with an additional $44M of industrial co-funding.  My real estate focus will be in complex residential, land and commercial investments.  The detailed market and demographic data that are available today and the analytical tools available to interpret the data are transforming the real estate industry.  I am excited to launch my second career helping clients navigate these intricate matters.  Call or text me (334/559-0936) or send me an email at toverfelt@realtysouth.com
